The Library

For most of human history, your brain was built to keep you alive. It scanned for danger, chased what mattered, and made split-second decisions when hesitation could cost you your life. We didn't evolve for cubicles, worksheets, and quiet rooms. We evolved for the hunt.

I've spent more than 21 years treating ADHD, and I have it myself. So, I'm not speaking to you from above

this. I'm speaking from inside it. What I've learned is that almost everything we label a "disorder" begins to make sense the moment you stop measuring it against a world it was never designed for.

That's what this library is for. Not quick tips and tricks, but a different way of understanding yourself. Start with the science, then find the area of your life where the potential friction shows up most.

If you have ADHD and are worried about the length of these articles, don't be. These were articles and videos designed for people with ADHD in mind.

Science of Evolutionary Mismatch

Why your brain works the way it does — biology, history, and the evolutionary mismatch that explains everything else.

Workplace and Career Strategies

Adult life with ADHD — careers, money, focus, burnout, and how to thrive at work without breaking yourself.

Relationships and
Social Life

Marriage, friendship, intimacy, communication, rejection sensitivity — the relationships ADHD touches, and what to do.

Parenting ADHD Children

Parenting kids whose brains were built for a different world — school, discipline, focus, video games, setting them up to win.

There is nothing wrong with you. You have a brain built for a different world, living in a world it was never designed for. That's not a disorder. That's a mismatch.
